Colorado sunsets are a gorgeous phenomenon. And now we have a sweet martini to help celebrate them, thanks to the Inverness Hotel in Englewood, Colorado. A Pineapple Upside Down Cake martini is a layered drink of Grenadine and blended vanilla vodka and pineapple juice. Watch our latest video as “Matthew the Bartender” demonstrates the trick behind making this layered libation. It’s all in the SHAKE and the POUR.
